The used kombu for dashi stock can be chopped into fine pieces and used for miso soup and takikomi gohan, a type of Japanese mixed rice. The used bonito flakes can be boiled with sake, mirin, soy sauce and sugar and soy sauce and when the stock is reduced, it can be used for the filling of onigiri or added as a condiment with steamed rice. ???? ?????????????C?1000ml? ???????????? …

oh yum lol im an addict to these vids i should just stop watching and cook one of these already lol
I wouldn’t allow a dog to be so close to food during cooking, let alone allowing him/her on the counter top where you’re cooking.
Anyway, Japanese cuisine is great, but the downside is the large amount of sodium used, resulting in high-blood pressure and related health problems at mid to old ages. Reduce the amount of salt you use when preparing Japanese cuisine.
Bwahahahah… I totally agree.
I was crazy about the host’s accent, so funny…
I’ve tried some of the recipes as well, it’s truly simple and great!
